These guys were awesome!!! We just moved from a quite large house into an even bigger one, and they managed the whole thing with ease and even great vibes to boot. Everyone on the team was great to work with, both day-of and in the leadup to the move. And we loved their bin rental service so we didn't have to use 100 cardboard boxes. Would definitely work with them again!

Super happy with these movers. It’s so rare to find movers who are fairly priced and do an excellent job, and these guys were it. They arrived early and finished quickly without damaging a thing. Cool Hand Movers came highly recommended from two of my colleagues and they were great from the outset. Our initial quote — not the highest, not the lowest but reasonable for our 1.5-bedroom move from Brooklyn to CT — was almost exactly what we ended up paying. I was diligent about updating our inventory, and Matt was super communicative with those updates via email and answering my questions. The day-of team lead by Ruben was INCREDIBLE. We were amazed at the efficiency of it all, and how careful they were with our stuff, which included a lot of ceramics and art, as well as disassembling and reassembling a few large items. They also helped us pack some last-minute items that didn’t make it into boxes before they arrived, and all was packed diligently and carefully, with nothing arriving bent or broken. Plus, they didn’t nickel and dime us about it after the fact. I would absolutely work with Cool Hand again and can’t wait to recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you!!!

Can't say enough good things about the whole team at Cool Hand. Matt and the front office team were responsive and helpful with providing quotes for a few different options. I wound up getting full apartment packing + moving which was very reasonably priced. The day of the move went very smoothly, and Reuben and the team did a great job. They packed the entire apartment very carefully and got everything. My only complaint if I can even call it that would be that they packed too carefully and it took me a while to unwrap everything! Overall the smoothest and best move I've ever had, and while I'm hoping to never move again, if I do, Cool Hand will be the first call.

We had a wonderful experience with Cool Hand Movers! Johnny and his team were on time and very efficient with our local move. They helped us pack most of our belongings and move in about 5 hours. It was definitely worth it! Everything arrived safely and well organized.

Cool hand was without a doubt the best moving experience we have ever had! They made everything so easy for us, they were kind, friendly, professional and made a typical chaotic Brooklyn move absolutely seamless. From providing a quote to the move itself, Cool Hand Movers was smooth, friendly, professional, and so reasonable. Carl and Ivan, my two movers, were lovely and made everything look so easy as they moved my studio apartment's belongings into my new apartment. My furniture remained in great shape, they navigated my new apartment's small elevator with ease, and the whole thing was done within 2 hours! I had a pain-free and affordable move thanks to Cool Hand Movers. Highly recommend!
